Guest Rooms (GST)

Located on the 1st through 3rd floors of Trout Lodge, 60 air-conditioned guest rooms are available, each with 2 queen beds, a roll-away bed, a bathroom with separate vanity area, table and chairs, walk-out balcony or patio with view of the lake. Handicapped persons will have top priority for handicapped accessible rooms located on the 1st floor.

Loft Suites (LOF):

Located on the 4th and 5th floors of Trout Lodge, 19 airconditioned loft rooms are available. Guests enter the suite on the upper level, where a sofa, roll-away bed, sink and vanity, table and chairs, and small refrigerator are available. The stairs in the loft suite lead down to the lower level, where there are 2 queen beds, a bathroom with separate vanity area, and a walkout balcony with view of the lake. Optimally, the suites will be used for 3 or more adults choosing to share housing to accommodate more campers.

Lakeview Cabins (LAK)

20 air-conditioned bedrooms are available. Each bedroom has 1 full bed, 2 bunk beds (1 top and 1 bottom) and a designated private bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms share a common living area with sofa, table and chairs, small refrigerator, stone fireplace, 2 roll-aways, a crib, and a screened wrap-around porch. This space is ideal for families looking to share space with other families, but still preserve some privacy for sleeping and bathing.

Forestview Cabins (FOR)

North Hall (NTH)

New in 2010!  North Hall will be open to any adult over age 21!  This 36’ x 30’ air-conditioned room offers women’s and men’s restrooms with showers; however, sleeping quarters are shared and open. Roll-away beds, linens and towels will be provided. This is ideal for any camper who is looking to reduce the cost of camp and is open to a communal living environment. Capacity is limited to 20 people.

Tent Camping (TEN)

On-site camping is available to all attendees, but campers must provide their own tents. Camping is located in North Valley and bathroom facilities will be shared with those staying in North Hall. The designated area is a flat, grassy clearing surrounded by trees. A campfire circle is
located in the valley for use as agreed by those staying in the area.

Cabin 17 (C17) - Meyer Jr. High

New to MUUSA in 2010!  This air-conditioned building, located on the closest portion of the Camp Lakewood property, will be used to house the Meyer Jr. High. The floor has 2 large bedrooms with 14 beds each, men’s and women’s restrooms, a large great room with fireplace and a kitchenette.

Cabin 16 (C16) - 18-20 year olds

New to MUUSA in 2010! This air-conditioned building located on the Camp Lakewood property will be used to house the Young Adults ages 18-20 to recreate the environment of “Johnstone” at our former Lake Geneva home. We hope co-habitation will create a stronger sense of community for our young Young Adults. The cabin includes 4 bedrooms, each with 4 bunk beds (2 tops and 2 bottoms), 4 bathrooms, a common room with a fireplace and porch.

Cabin 15 (C15) - Meyer & Burt Counselors

Jr. High and Sr. High counselors will provide a 24-hour presence at Cabins 17 and 18, but will be based out of this neighboring cabin.

Trout Lodge Amenities

In-room Amenities: All rooms have alarm clocks but none is equipped with a telephone, television, or hair dryer.

Waterwheel Country Store: Offers snacks, cold drinks, ice cream, toiletries, gifts, and souvenirs.

Ice: Available in Hillcrest Hall and first floor of Trout Lodge.

Laundry: Coin-operated machines.

Room Refrigerators: Standard in the loft suites and cabins. Limited number available at the front desk for those with medical needs.

Vending: Available in Hillcrest Hall, North Hall, and first floor of Trout Lodge.

Wireless Internet Access: Available at Trout Lodge, Hillcrest Hall, North Hall, Walker Chapel, Lakeview Cabins, Forestview Cabins, and TeePee.

Cell Phone Reception: Best reception for AT&T customers. Sprint customers may have limited coverage.
